Build, teach and connect with clearer tools for your community

Build, teach and connect with clearer tools for your community

More faithful page layouts, dependable form capture, safer product drafts and clearer learning, events, search and community controls. Here's what changed on October 14.

Building a community takes more than putting a page online. You need to welcome people, share useful work, answer questions and keep the next step clear.

When a saved design changes on publication, a product appears before its image is ready or an RSVP looks confirmed when it isn't, the software adds work you shouldn't have to do.

Our October 14 release addresses those everyday details across I AM Transformation. It builds on the previous update with improvements to creating, learning, finding information and staying connected. Available tools still depend on your plan, role and community access.

Bring your page design through to publication

Supported native funnel blocks now carry more saved settings into published pages: section width and padding, columns and gaps, mobile stacking, text controls, spacer height, image sizing and captions, and supporting text beneath buttons.

You can edit supported children inside sections through the existing editor. In-page buttons preserve their section destination and move keyboard focus there. Page order and alignment have stronger save handling, while duplication preserves nested content and page details.

Rapid SEO edits use the ordinary Save flow, and correcting an image URL lets its metadata preview recover. Review your desktop and mobile previews before publishing.

Preview the starting point and protect the handoff

The template gallery lets you inspect saved native layouts step by step before creating a draft. Preview controls don't submit forms, bookings or checkout. When a layout isn't available to preview, the gallery says so.

For creators using authorized connected page-editing tools, supported page plans and owned image references are checked against the content being approved. Changed content requires a fresh review. These checks don't replace checking the rendered page yourself.

Mapped-domain funnel links also preserve their canonical step destinations. Member links that need the platform continue there, with access checked in the normal journey.

Separate a captured response from its follow-up

Supported native forms validate answers against the form actually served and keep a durable capture record. Retrying the same submission reuses its saved identity.

A captured contact doesn't prove that a follow-up reached its destination. Uncertain webhook results are identified as uncertain, with automatic repetition blocked. Page-specific automation checks the configured page, and cancellation stops later actions before dispatch. Review any held or uncertain result before starting another attempt.

Prepare products privately before publishing

Product creation now starts with a draft, including when you intend to publish. The image is saved before that publication step. If uploading the image or publishing fails, the interface explains that the product remains a draft and where to continue.

Retries have stronger duplicate-creation protection, and the product list reveals a newly saved item in its matching status filter. Unsupported generic Subscription choices are hidden for new products; this doesn't announce a new subscription product capability.

Keep useful guides and answers easy to find

Community owners and admins can curate published posts in a Resources shelf. Members can search the collection and open the original post. Current post and membership access still apply.

On question posts, the author and eligible community leaders can select, replace or clear an accepted answer. Readers can find that answer even when it falls outside the current page of comments.

Welcome progress is saved across devices. The checklist connects new members with a creator's Start here post and practical first actions. Optional interest selection can suggest matching public, free communities; members still decide whether to join.

Find the right community and control its alerts

Community switching is available in the mobile public navigation, with clearer loading, empty and error states and improved keyboard focus when closing the selector.

Invite entry now checks the chosen community, current invitation and membership state. An existing membership or pending application is represented accordingly, and private invitation details have tighter access checks.

In notification preferences, By Community lets you mute optional member updates, moderation digests and in-app or push live alerts for an individual community. Feed replies, reactions and live emails are separate. Security and payment notices remain on.

Return to conversations and search results

Messages now recover missed conversation history in bounded steps after reconnecting, continuing from the confirmed history position. If synchronization fails, the interface reports it and retries while connected.

Community-scoped search can load more authorized results by category. Broad searches prompt you to narrow the query, and that requirement remains visible when filters change. Feed and Explore paging also have repaired continuation handling.

Notification delivery and presence recovery received further repairs, including support for notification connections across application instances and avoiding stale presence hints after reconnecting.

Give learners a clearer picture of progress

Quizzes containing answers that need manual grading remain pending until review is complete; an automatic partial score no longer means the quiz has passed. Homework shows when the latest attempt is approved.

Course video uploads have clearer cancellation and processing-timeout handling, with old callbacks prevented from updating a different course or block. Caption edits are checked against their course.

Confirm event responses and recover your work

Community events show confirmed RSVP or waitlist results, clearer refresh errors and local timezone information. Calendar downloads stay tied to the current event, while reminders recheck their booking, event and template relationships before dispatch. Booking drafts and delayed replies also stay with the selected booking target.

Moderation decisions reconcile with the current queue when the outcome is uncertain. Blog draft saves and publication actions are serialized, newer edits remain unsaved until acknowledged, and mobile editor actions fit the viewport more comfortably. Public post HTML is sanitized before its first render. Public profile lookups require a currently eligible account, and private tools have tighter checks against account, community and permission changes.

These are practical improvements to the work already in front of you. Choose one page, product, lesson or community guide. Check it, finish the next step and give your members a clearer place to continue.
