Before you invite people into your community, you want to know that your page looks right, your event is set for the right time and the work you’ve saved is there when you return.
Once people arrive, the details matter just as much: reviewing a membership request, following up on a support conversation or helping someone understand the points they’ve earned.
This I AM Transformation update brings improvements across those everyday tasks. Here’s the full customer-facing rundown, with practical steps for using the changes. The tools you see depend on your plan, role and access to the community you’re working in.
Check your page before you invite people in
You want your message to make sense before someone arrives. A private preview gives you a place to read through your saved page and see how the content and layout fit together.
If your plan includes the funnel builder, you can now preview the saved page you’re editing without publishing your changes. For a funnel with several pages, the Page menu lets you move between them. Links, forms and purchases are disabled in this preview so you can focus on reviewing the page.
To check a page:
Open Funnels, edit your funnel and select the page.
Finish your changes and choose Save.
Once saving finishes, choose Preview draft.
Use Back to Editor to make another change, then save before previewing again.
You can also make the details feel like your brand. The editor now offers a color picker and exact hex input for headline and subheadline text, hero text and backgrounds, and dividers.
Select a supported block and find its color control in the properties panel. Choose visually or enter a value such as #174B45 and press Enter. Invalid entries show an error and aren’t applied. Reset clears the custom color; Escape cancels a text edit you haven’t applied.
Save and preview the result. Read it with a new member in mind: is it clear who the page is for, what they’ll find and what you want them to do next?

Bring your community together at the right time
When you’re preparing to teach, the event details should support the session you’ve planned. The creator event form now uses the community you selected and interprets the time in your chosen timezone.
The form flags times that don’t exist, or happen twice, when the clocks change. If your selected community is no longer available to you, it asks you to choose another.
If you have permission to create events:
Open Create Event and check the Community.
Enter your title, date, start and end times, then confirm the Timezone.
Add the optional details you need. Description, location and capacity can be left blank; an entered capacity must be a positive whole number.
Choose Create Event and check the resulting details before sharing them.
If the form asks for a correction, your entered details stay there while you fix it. We’ve also fixed the event form inside a community so leaving optional details blank doesn’t cause that request to fail.
Know your next step while preparing a program
An error loading a draft shouldn’t leave you wondering whether you need to start over. Community owners using the launch workspace now see a clear difference between an empty draft and one that couldn’t be loaded.
Select the community you own and continue with its draft. If loading fails, Retry loading draft checks for the existing draft without creating another. Retry communities reloads the community list if that’s where the problem occurred. Reconnecting with the same account also preserves your unsaved edits in the launch workspace.
Owners and authorized admins can now save testimonial automation settings the first time they set them up, with a success message or an error to act on. The settings and feedback stay tied to the account and community being managed.
In testimonial automation settings, check Community and review the triggers, timing and channel before choosing Save Automation Settings. Saving an enabled configuration can affect automatic testimonial requests, so make those choices deliberately.
Look after the people in your community
When someone joins or membership changes, the pages you use to manage the community should help you understand what needs attention. Member lists, join requests and dashboard statistics now refresh more reliably. These pages also clear old private information after an account change or a denied access check.
On the Members page, the action menu stays attached to the person you selected and its controls are no longer clipped. Community owners can review Join Requests; owners and authorized admins can use Refresh dashboard to check their latest community statistics. If a list fails to load, use its Retry control after your session is ready. Retry requests on private pages also respect the wait time requested by the service.
Reporting has also been repaired. Reports on clips now reach the clip moderation queue, and authorized platform admins and moderators can review reports even when the clip was previously approved. Reporting a clip doesn’t automatically hide it.
To report a clip, long-press or right-click it, choose Report, then choose a reason. Choosing the reason sends the report. The “Nudity or sexual content” reporting option for posts and comments has also been fixed.

Help members see their progress clearly
When you’re using the Rewards Hub, it’s clearer which points you can spend. Reward points are shown separately from the community points that track your level and leaderboard progress. If the reward balance can’t load, you’ll see Unavailable and Retry rather than a misleading zero.
We’ve also fixed a problem that could overwrite point credits or deductions when several activities happened at once. Reward balances, history and actions are now kept tied to the current account and session. A redemption already in progress is also reconciled when the same account’s session refreshes. A reward that has been individually switched off can’t still be redeemed, including when it is withdrawn while a redemption is waiting.
Get back to the content you’re working on
Drafts & scheduled now sits directly below the feed’s more compact post composer, beside your posting streak when it’s shown. Open it to return to a draft or check a scheduled post.
For creators with recording access, we’ve fixed the loading problem in the My Recordings list. Creator content also keeps its actual dates, with undated items sorted last rather than assigned a date that makes them look newly created.
Find the support request you need to follow up on
An older support conversation shouldn’t become hard to find just because you have more tickets. The Support Tickets list now has working Previous and Next controls, with filters and totals based on the tickets you’re allowed to see.
Open Support Tickets, choose a status filter if you need one, and use Previous or Next to move through the results. This helps you return to an earlier request without treating the first page as the whole list.
Administrators with knowledge-base access also get proper page navigation and filtering in their management list. This change applies to knowledge-base administration; public knowledge-base browsing is unchanged.
Work with clearer information and more control
Several smaller fixes make everyday decisions less confusing. Community landing-page Privacy and Terms links now open the correct legal pages. Billing and cancellation dates are clearly marked as unavailable when they aren’t known.
On clips, opening a creator’s profile and choosing Follow work as separate controls where Follow is available. Missing profile pictures fall back to initials, and the play overlay respects reduced-motion preferences.
In live sessions, publishing an offer prompt is restricted to the eligible creator of the active session. Offer prompts also no longer display a placeholder membership count.
If you use more than one IAT account, account switching clears the old account’s community list. The list stays tied to the account you’re using.
And if you work with a connected assistant, there are tighter checks on its access to comments and course outlines. Disconnecting an assistant revokes the connection and its associated access together.
We’re building for people who want to share what they know and help their communities grow. If you’re working on a page and your plan includes the funnel builder, start there: save it, choose Preview draft and read it as someone meeting your work for the first time.
