Started a simple and powerful routine tonight that I will be repeating every morning. It really does amaze me how simple things are when you get clear on who you want to be and clear as much of the distractions as possible. A lot of our time is consumed with useless activities. Tell me I'm wrong 🤨🙃 I'm so thankful for apps that help make this easier for me.
