One of the hardest parts about being a dad… is being physically there, but mentally exhausted. You walk in the door, your kids are excited… but you’ve got nothing left to give. No energy. No patience. No presence. That’s not because you’re a bad dad. It’s because the way most of us are forced to live… drains everything out of us before we even get home.
