Hey everyone, I wanted to pop in here and give a quick update for everyone. We've made a lot of progress recently behind the scenes in making the product and the user experience better, but we still have a long ways to go to get to where we want to go. I wanted to let you know that I appreciate your participation and trust in being involved in this community. It's been nice to see people using the tribes, inviting other people into the community and the waves of upgrades that have been coming in. I believe in this project and see that we are beginning to get on the right track. I've chosen to take a bit of a different path building this company from some previous projects, in that I have focused a lot more of my attention on building the product than I have on the marketing. The marketing process we have is good (about 1/5th of new leads upgrade to basic or pro) but it can be better, it can be easier to use, it can make more sense, and moreover it can be simply more simple to experience. So in the upcoming days and weeks I will be working on both fine tuning the product and simplifying and fine tuning the marketing. As people begin getting more results and improving their level of confidence, the system will become easier to promote and as more people want to join this effect will compound. The real reason this community will win is because ultimately we will host incredibly valuable user generated content that is from every profession and imaginable subject matter. In other words, by focusing on expanding our reach way outside of what people would even think of as marketing, the marketing of the system will automatically become easier and better. So for example, when a creator comes in and they create a tribe teaching others how to use vibecoding to build enterprise apps, it attracts a different kind of crowd than people who want to get rich on the internet through automated systems. Both kinds of groups are important, but by far it is more important to expand our content and give value in areas non related to our niche that are attractive to normal people. This is precisely what our training will be on tomorrow night - building valuable communities to make it easy for you to bring in 2, 10, and eventually even 100 new members per day. There will be communities inside of this platform eventually who by themselves are growing by thousands of people daily. I believe we are on the right track, even though I have somewhat sacrificed an initial burst of growth for a stronger foundation - this will make it so our brand image is stronger in the end. What all of this is building for is creating a world class opportunity that grows into billions of dollars of income annually for affiliates and community creators. So I might be quiet at times but I am busy here in the background improving the world class experience because in the coming years, the most valuable asset that you will have is community and relationships. Why do I say that? Well just in the last few days Oracle laid off over 10,000 employees in a 6am email while reporting record revenue numbers. Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is right around the corner and many believe it is already here now with the release of recent systems such as Claude Opus 4.6 and ChatGPT 5.4. As AGI scales and begins to take over more and more intellectual and eventually physical work with the advancements in robotics such as the coming release of the Optimus robot from Tesla, we may hit a job loss curve that exceeds 30% of the workforce in a 12-36 month time period. That might not happen but he likelihood that it might is high enough to take notice. As people become increasingly displaced the value of a home grown community will become increasingly greater and the desire to learn new skills will increase faster than it did during the CoVid-19 pandemic. This and many other evolutionary marketforces is what will drive convergence towards the opportunity at I AM Transformation - a community that builds people and helps them transition in the coming age of superintelligence. I believe in what we are doing here and think that there has never been a better time for us to win big, but in order to win big we need to work together to make things happen in a new way.
