More confidence in the work you create, teach and share

Our latest IAT updates bring more faithful pages, smoother courses, clearer community controls and simpler Creator plan management.

Since our October 15 update, we've continued improving the everyday work of building on I AM Transformation: the page you're preparing to share, the lesson you're moving into place, the conversation you're following up on and the experience your members have when they come back.

This update brings together the changes released since that post, through October 18. Some are new choices, including annual Creator billing. Many are repairs to existing tools that make your saved work, your settings and your members' next steps more dependable. Available tools still depend on your plan, role and community access.

Publish more of the page you actually designed

Your words and settings should carry through from editing to the page visitors see. This release fixes several places where that handoff could lose details:

  • Hero headings and supporting copy now carry through more consistently, including supported fields you've deliberately cleared.

  • Feature sections preserve the items you authored and their checklist presentation.

  • FAQ headings, calendar subheadings and testimonial role text are retained in published output.

  • Progress bars keep their saved percentage and label, with a clearer accessible name.

  • Supported file-video blocks preserve poster and playback settings that were previously dropped during publishing.

Countdowns also received attention. Fixed-date and evergreen timers now follow the current configuration more reliably, including their labels and configured expiry behavior. Changing a deadline no longer lets an older timer trigger an early reset or redirect, and multiple countdowns on a page stay separate.

For creators editing on a tablet or smaller laptop, the editor now leaves room above the bottom navigation so controls aren't covered. The practical next step is still to review your desktop and mobile previews before publishing, especially when a page includes timers, video or a booking section.

Organize lessons without losing the move

Moving a lesson into another module now saves its new home as well as its position. The course outline is updated together, so the interface no longer confirms a move that only changed the order inside the old module.

If a move fails, the builder can restore the previous arrangement. If another editor has changed the course, it warns you to reload rather than quietly treating the older outline as current. Unsaved drafts are retained.

Course release timing now follows the drip mode you've selected. “All at once” no longer keeps lessons locked because an older module or lesson schedule is still stored. “By module” follows module timing, while “By lesson” follows lesson timing. Your stored schedules remain available if you change the mode later; ordinary enrollment and prerequisite requirements still apply.

Give learners a smoother return to video

We've improved how course videos recover when a protected playback link expires or playback encounters an error. The player can refresh the link with a limited number of retries while preserving the current video element and playback position. If it still can't continue, there is an explicit retry or access message instead of an endless loop.

Lesson uploads also keep a stronger connection between the upload and the lesson it belongs to. An older processing check can no longer overwrite a newer video update. Ownership checks have been strengthened before protected lesson and feed-video links are issued.

For live-session recordings, clipping a broadcast no longer replaces the full replay with the shorter clip. Replay cards and recaps have more reliable covers, finished broadcasts show “Ended,” and sharing the broadcast to the feed reuses its existing post instead of creating a duplicate. The recording-delete confirmation and failure feedback are clearer too.

Keep community conversations in the right order and within the right boundaries

Several feed repairs make the chosen feed order more consistent. Ranked results retain their order when mentions are included, the ranker considers the full existing candidate window before choosing posts, and the chronological setting is no longer re-sorted by engagement scores. Placement fixes also help pinned posts and the existing mix of authors behave as intended.

Your community boundaries matter just as much as the order. Mutual blocks and existing moderation restrictions are now applied more consistently across supported feed, saved-post, mention and direct-reading paths. Posts from deleted communities are excluded from the dashboard feed, and private-community leaderboards check current access before showing rankings.

Scheduled posts now recheck the author's current membership when it is time to publish. If the author has left, been banned or otherwise lost eligibility, the post stays a draft instead of publishing under outdated access.

Archiving a community also preserves member states more carefully. Active members move into an archived group that can be restored later, while pending, suspended and banned states remain distinct. Restoring a community doesn't automatically reactivate everyone who previously left.

Make it easier for members to find their next step

Active community challenges are easier to find again after a repair to membership and community filtering. Challenge lists also have more controlled loading as the list grows.

Community event reminders now have stronger duplicate protection. New joined-and-left notifications use the current community address, reducing broken links from those notices. Existing older notifications aren't rewritten.

Creators using a mapped custom domain also benefit from a more reliable connection between the public layout and the correct community settings. This is a repair to existing custom-domain layouts, rather than a new domain-connection service.

Moderators have more consistent access to the creator navigation they're entitled to use. Testimonial moderation is simpler, with one set of status controls and section links that wrap into view instead of hiding in a horizontal strip.

Follow up with clearer CRM save results

When you record a conversation or update a contact, a success message should mean the change was saved. This release strengthens that confirmation for several everyday CRM actions:

  • Creating and editing tasks

  • Recording a manual call and its optional follow-up task

  • Changing a contact's assignment or lead status, including supported bulk status changes

  • Saving company and job-title details

  • Removing a contact through the existing soft-delete flow

Related changes are saved together where these actions need them. For example, a manual call record, its contact activity update and an optional follow-up task won't be left half-finished if part of the save fails. Current permissions are checked as part of the protected write.

Authorized CRM administrators also get clearer tag editing. The row shows the saved name, color and timestamp returned by the server, offers a retry for temporary failures, and clears an old error after a successful attempt. Calendar workflow definitions have stronger all-or-nothing saving as well.

Read clearer numbers and content previews

Funnel analytics now handles page counts and drop-rate percentages more accurately. A funnel with no traffic no longer looks as though every visitor dropped out, and percentage values use the right scale in the chart.

Traffic-source reporting more clearly identifies sources without presenting them as campaign-detail links. Activation reporting displays signed percentages correctly and explains that milestones are independent counts. Where machine-learning attribution is available, sample results and model information are labeled more clearly.

In Creator Content, preview excerpts are cleaned up so you can recognize your post without literal markup getting in the way or losing the opening paragraph. Your original editable content is preserved.

We've also repaired support issue-report connections and how open ticket states are counted, helping the support team keep unresolved work visible.

Choose and manage your Creator plan more clearly

Annual Creator billing is now available to eligible creators. The plans are $99 per month or $999 per year, a saving of $189 compared with 12 monthly payments.

If you're eligible to switch during a trial, the annual screen shows $0 due now and $999 at the end of the trial. For an active plan, it shows the prorated invoice preview before you confirm. Review the amount and timing on your own billing screen before making a change.

Settings → Billing also supports canceling the displayed Creator plan at the end of its current period and resuming a pending cancellation. These controls apply to that plan; community memberships remain separate. An expired billing session now asks you to sign in again instead of incorrectly making your account look like a free plan.

The joining experience has clearer order summaries, trial dates and welcome steps. What you say you teach can carry into the community-creation wizard, and trial messages give a clearer next step with a single day-five billing heads-up. Sign-in, password and receipt links no longer pass through marketing click tracking, and the email sign-in option now supports all IAT accounts through the appropriate account flow.

Member referral access and Creator access to supported connected-assistant tools are enabled in this release, with the usual eligibility and permission checks still in place.

More consistent help from connected assistants

For creators who already use an authorized connected assistant, supported course operations now behave more like the ordinary course builder. New modules and lessons append in the expected order, course reordering is available through the connection, and explicit lesson choices such as optional lessons or disabled comments are preserved.

Supported category edits also keep an existing posting requirement when the assistant wasn't asked to change it. Community archiving through a connected assistant requires explicit confirmation, and published-course changes retain their confirmation and current-access checks.

You stay responsible for the changes you approve. These improvements expand and repair specific connected workflows, with the normal plan and role limits still applying.

Put one improvement to work

If you're building this week, choose the task already in front of you. Preview the page you're about to share. Move a lesson into the right module. Check your course's release mode. Finish the follow-up with a member. Or review the billing option that fits your plans.

The aim is to make those everyday steps clearer, so more of your attention can stay on what you teach and the people you're here to help.
