Our Mission

I Am Transformation is a platform built for creators, coaches, and community leaders to grow together. We believe in the power of transformation through authentic connection, shared learning, and mutual support. These guidelines exist to protect that vision and ensure everyone feels safe to participate.

Content Standards

We encourage content that inspires growth, shares knowledge, sparks meaningful conversations, and builds community. All content should be original or properly attributed, honest and authentic, respectful of others, and appropriate for a professional community.

Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Hate speech: Content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Harassment & bullying: Targeted abuse, threats, intimidation, or persistent unwanted contact directed at individuals.
  • Violence & threats: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence against any person or group.
  • Sexual exploitation: Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM), or sexually explicit content outside of designated spaces.
  • Self-harm: Content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructions for self-harm or suicide.
  • Spam & manipulation: Automated or deceptive behavior designed to artificially inflate engagement, mislead users, or distribute unsolicited content.
  • Misinformation: Deliberately false or misleading content that could cause real-world harm, including health misinformation and election interference.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, organization, or official representative without authorization.
  • Copyright infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material. See our DMCA Policy.

Enforcement

We use a combination of AI-powered classifiers and human review to enforce these guidelines. Violations may result in escalating consequences:

  1. Warning: Content removed with an explanation of the violation.
  2. Reduced visibility: Account visibility restricted (posts require review before publishing).
  3. Temporary suspension: Account access temporarily restricted.
  4. Permanent ban: Account permanently disabled for severe or repeated violations.

Severe violations (CSAM, credible threats of violence) result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement.

Reporting Content

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, you can report it using the report button on any post, comment, or profile. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Critical reports (self-harm, violence, sexual content) are prioritized with a 1-hour response SLA. Your identity as a reporter is never disclosed to the reported user.

Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may submit an appeal within 30 days. Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator within 48 hours. You will be notified of the outcome via email.

Transparency

We are committed to transparency in our moderation practices. Our moderation uses AI classifiers for initial screening, with human reviewers making final decisions on all flagged content. We publish aggregate moderation statistics quarterly. These guidelines are updated as our community evolves, with changes communicated to all members.
